I'm Heather Foley, a mother, a wife and a chocolatier and I love, love, love all three jobs. I came from the corporate world, but I wanted to see my children grow up and have them with me.
I wanted to be in control of my own destiny. I wanted to fulfill a life long dream to make amazing chocolat, spreading a little love one luscious piece at a time. I created Azure Chocolat because I fell in love.
I love creating new recipes by mixing the flavors of many cultures into my chocolat melting pot. I love reinventing old favorites like my incredibly delicious and innovative Haute Chocolat Stirs, my decedent S'Mores Bars and my addictive toffees. I love that I can share my chocolats with so many people because everything I make is all natural, made by hand in small batches, gluten free and kosher certified.
